Step by Step does not collect your name, address, or Social Security number. When you click through to check your eligibility, you provide that information directly to our partner on their own secure site — subject to their privacy policy, not ours.

We collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and click/referral identifiers) through cookies and similar technologies, used to measure which content drove a referral to our partner.

How we use it

Referral and click data is used to track which pages and campaigns drive traffic to our partner, and to be compensated accordingly. It is not sold to unrelated third parties for their own marketing use.
